Unforeseen Danger

Nikki wakes up in the hospital, but she doesn’t remember her name. They tell her that the man sitting in the chair across from her is her husband, but she doesn’t remember him.

Jake’s plan to divorce his wife Nikki is put on hold when he receives news that she has been injured in an accident and has amnesia. Nikki needs him, but not only that, but it appears somebody wants one of them out of the way, possibly the man Nikki was having an affair with. If only she could remember who he was!

While they work together to solve the mystery, Jake finds himself falling in love with his wife all over again. In a chase against time and no clue to a suspect, they are deep in trouble. Can they catch this person before it’s too late?

Ms. Perry had me riveted from the first paragraph. I found myself falling in love with Jake and rooting for a marriage that for all intents and purposes was finished. I devoured every line trying to figure out exactly who was after them. Each plot twist hurled me closer and closer to the answer and left me breathless for more. I recommend this book to anyone who likes a good mystery and a sweet romance. With humorous lines, poignant moments and nail-biting suspense, this book has it all.
