Single Station
From the moment Rory McKenna sees Samantha Singleton he wants her. Sure, he came to her farm in order to convince her parents to sell the farm to him, but when he sees the beautiful Samantha, he wants far more than the farm, and he’ll go to great lengths to get what he wants… even blackmailing Sam into marrying him!
Sam is shocked when the handsome and sought after bachelor asks her to marry him. She’s never seen herself as a girl; rather, she’s always just been one of the guys. But Rory sees a different side of Sam. He sees her intelligence, strength, humor, and above all, he sees the passion she keeps pent-up, the passion he’s determined to unlock. Soon Rory and Sam are traveling all over Australia, getting to know each other and letting their desires have free reign. Rory has a lot to learn about Samantha though, and the more he learns, the more intrigued he is. Soon, what started out as a marriage of convenience has turned into a love match Down Under. But will Rory and Sam be able to admit to each other how much in love they are or will they let other things get in the way?
This was a very passionate story centering on two characters that would do anything for each other. I was very impressed with Samantha. She really was a farm girl at heart, one who wasn’t quite comfortable with the glitz and glamour that followed Rory everywhere. Nevertheless, she tries hard to fit into Rory’s world, only to find out that sometimes compromise is the only solution. Rory was great though; he was more than willing to compromise for Sam. The more he got to know her, the more he loved her. When an accident threatens Sam’s life, Rory knows that he has to tell her how much she means to him.
A little warning: this story contains explicit sexual content and a sexual ménage ménage à trois involving two women and a man. I found it very erotic and well written. It only enhanced the characters’ strengths, but if you don’t like more adventurous lovemaking, Single Station may not be the book for you. On the other hand, if you like characters that are willing to explore their sexual side pick up a copy of this story today. It was a lot of fun and had a great setting in the Australian Outback.
