Rem has been lusting after Kathryn, his sister’s best friend, for over 3 years. Slip Knot is the story that cements Gail Faulkner onto my auto buy list. She weaves her stories with fascinating plots, wonderfully complicated characters and satisfying sex scenes. Rem and Kathryn aren’t the typical, misguided love struck hero and heroine. They each have dark sides that bring their interactions into a realm of visceral hormonal attractions. I love stories where characters can bring the reader to another level due to their natures, and Rem and Kathyrn had me enthralled from their first connections. Ms. Faulkner draws the reader into many worlds, within one story. I was both pleased and touched by Rem’s growing love for Kathryn, and with every page I found myself admiring Kathryn’s tenacity and courageousness. Combined with an enthralling plot of mystery and a touch of otherworldly elements, Slip Knot is a fascination erotic thriller sure to keep you on the edge of your seat. I’m looking out for Rem’s sister’s story, and for the stories of each of the wonderful men showcased in Slip Knot. This story earns a Fallen Angel Reviews’ Recommended Read.
