Games Empaths Play

Author Cynnara Tregarth wastes no time getting to the good stuff in the Loose Id release Games Empaths Play. Astra, a powerfully connected empath, stumbles upon Timeon and Noah, two handsome brothers having their kinky way with Astra’s friend Pillar. The brothers’ family, the Helspawns and Lady Astra’s, the Crysomark family, are also engaged in a business dispute. Astra’s life is further complicated by evidence that the broadcasting portion of her empathic ability has been compromised. These machinations throw a curve into the threesome’s lustful plans. Noah and Timeon, who are also empaths, are unable to ravish her in the physical world at first, so they enter her dreams. The dream sequences are some of the hottest scenes in an already hot novel.

Lady Astra is a strong but relatable character who has to fight a conniving family member as well as her status as a class ten empath who is forbidden to engage in emotional sexual encounters. Astra's resolve to face the challenges in her way makes Lady Astra a beautiful yet feminist figurehead in the Peruthian world. The futuristic world of holograms, empaths and genetic manipulation in Peruth is balanced by the very real emotional needs of Noah, Timeon and Astra. Games Empaths Play is a very sexy book, full of the scorching scenes that all erotic romance readers crave. It is the hottest romance I’ve read this year.
