I’ll Be Seeing You

Lyssa Ryan is grateful for the return of her sight, but since the transplant, being able to see isn’t the only change she’s experiencing. Her taste in food has changed, her music preference is also different and she’s compelled to seek out a man that she has never met.

Jake Thorn had just been trying to get home when he found himself in the middle of a flash flood rescue. Now he has an unconscious woman in his guestroom that might have a concussion. When Jake learns where Ms. Ryan is from and why she’s here, he’s furious; organ donors are anonymous for a reason. Jake has no idea why Lyssa came looking for him or what she wants, but intends to find out.

I’ll Be Seeing You is an outstanding book! Kay Wilde has always been able to captivate me with just a few words and I’ll Be Seeing You is no different. Lyssa feels as if she’s been given her life back. She doesn’t know why she has to find Jake, she doesn’t know what she’s supposed to tell him, she just knows that she has to go to him or she’ll never be at peace. Jake doesn’t know what to think of Lyssa or her reasons for coming, but he does know that she’s awakened emotions and desires within him that have been dormant for a long time. Jake and Lyssa together are explosive. The scenes written between them are passionate, yet tender. It’s as if they have all these bottled up feelings that they can’t express fast enough, but underlying these new feelings is Julie, Jake’s dead wife and the reason Lyssa is there. One thing is for certain, not everything is, as it seems. I’ll Be Seeing You is a blend of intense emotions combined with a really incredible story, classic Kay Wilde.
