Cassidy does not know what is more fearful, an oncoming tornado or a band of renegade Apaches as she crosses the dessert in the Arizona territory. As he seeks to unravel everything, he finds himself drawn to Cassidy and seeks to protect her. Unfortunately he has his hands full with the feisty female who seems to dislike him for some reason. Can he help Cassidy realize that the future she has awakened in holds promise for them once she gets past her racism? Or will Cassidy’s heart insist on finding her way back to the past?

Arrow of the Heart is a time travel story that will mesmerize you from the beginning to the end. Once again, Janet Quinn has written a priceless work that will take you from 1884 to the 21st century. The writer paints such a real portrait of Cassidy viewing the modern times compared to her living in the past that it was fascinating visualizing Cassidy’s expressions through the different years of time. In addition, Ms. Quinn has given us many secondary characters that blend in this story to create a remarkable treasure. I loved the character of Jesse’s grandfather and all the tales he inspired in the story.

Ms. Quinn is an excellent storyteller. She creates stories that touch the heart, that make you laugh, cry and leaves you releasing a wonderful sigh when the story comes to a close. Her books are like a huge movie as the curtain opens creating romance, suspense, humor, and a captivating conclusion that will leave you shouting for more. She brings all her characters to life. Bravo to Ms. Quinn for another remarkable book read. I highly recommend this book.
