Stalker’s Revenge

Tony, Joe and Ben set out on their journey to the secret lab in Colorado; thus begins the setting for the sequel to The Chosen One. The widespread of the disease has struck so many. Ninety percent of the US population is dead. Stalker is with them for protection but even with Stalker’s help, Tony fears they will not make it to the lab safely and she cannot allow any harm-befalling Stalker. Evil lurks around every corner, as they encounter new people while trying to outrun a deranged man fast on their tracks.

Todd and Joe were best of friends until Todd caught the disease. Now Todd is filled with a horrific rage that shows no mercy. There was an explosion that marred Todd’s unblemished face and he faults Joe. He wants Joe and Ben found and brought to him alive to suffer the consequences. No one wants to fail Todd and get on his bad side. Then there is the mystery behind Rita and Ross that bothers him to no end. He has to find out who they are and why his master refuses to be completely truthful.

Stalker’s Revenge had me engrossed the moment I started reading. This book lights sparks and is loaded with so many fast twists and turns that it spins you around on a roller coaster ride full of electrical charge. The character of Todd sent shivers down me. Just the part alone with the snow on the mountain and Todd in the camper was enough to cause me to take complete flight out of there. The storyline with Rita and Ross entwined as the brain chips with the computer flows great with the story. Kenneth Baker paints a picturesque scene that leaves a lasting impression. He is a talented author with a flare for writing spellbinding suspense that keeps you glued to your seat. Is this the end or is it just the beginning? Hold onto your seats, readers, this is a whirlwind of a ride that will have you begging for more as Mr. Baker leaves you spellbound once again!
