That Old Black Magic

Forty years ago, Endora Bast was harshly punished for a transgression of her heart. The summons handed down by the Witch’s Tribunal reduced her magic to almost nothing. Marcus Morion is Endora’s former lover and cosmic twin. He was also punished by the Tribunal for the same transgression. Although he and Endora have been separated for forty years, they must cooperate to defeat Ashmedai but without the advantage of full magical powers. They must not fail or it will not only cost the two their lives but subject all other witchkind to Ashmedai's evil rule. Can he and Endora overcome forty years of doubt or will their old passion interfere with their assignment to save the world?

That Old Black Magic had me humming the tune as I turned the pages. This was my first book by Ms. Kuna, but I found it to be quite interesting. I enjoyed the characters and found them to be very believable. There were parts where I laughed out loud. I especially fell in love with the Pit Bull. Endora and Marcus are enjoyable characters that deserved to be together and all the secondary characters added their own special seasoning. Ms. Kuna paints a lovely story that is truly enchanting. She adds creative spice to make this book an enjoyable one to the end. This book will have you singing that tune after you finish the last page.
