Moon Illusion: The Moore Werewolves

Soaked to the bone after having just totaled her car, Gina Longmire is less than thrilled to come home to an impatient man waiting for her on her front porch. So what if it happens to be Nathaniel Moore, the hottest, most eligible bachelor in town? After getting over his initial irritation, Nate is surprised when Gina doesn’t seem awed by his sexiness and charm. Normally, he wouldn’t care – she’s not even his type. But she stirs something in him that he can’t resist.

Both Nate and Gina try to fight their attraction. Gina can’t believe someone like Nate would be interested in a boring, average woman such as herself. Nate is enjoying bachelorhood and the sudden urge to have this particular woman is not something he readily welcomes. Soon though, his animal instinct takes over and he’s determined to make Gina his.

One of the things I liked most about this story was Gina’s transformation from insecure to confident through Nate’s love and acceptance. The werewolf element is a nice back story, but the relationship between Gina and Nate is what drew me in. Ms. O’Connor does a great job of letting the reader see into both the heroine and hero’s hearts and minds. Of course, the sex is very hot, especially when Gina meets Nate's brothers.

If you love a good erotic werewolf romance, Moon Illusion: The Moore Werewolves will hit the spot. I’m definitely looking forward to reading the rest of the Moore brothers' stories!
