Lacey Adams is in dire need of a certain police officer, Dante Deluca; can he feed her need? Lacey is an accountant who just happens to get picked up on the streets of New York City by Dante. As they start dating, Dante, even though the lust is strong, refuses to have this affair go wrong!

Dante will not sleep with Lacey as she is too special and he is in love with her. He cannot make her fully his until he tells her how special she is to him. All is progressing at a slow rate until Lacey is almost killed when a man breaks into her apartment and shoots at her. Lacey has found the embezzler that she was hired to find, but will it cost her her life?

All Hallows Thief is a great treat for the person who is looking for a short story that is a suspenseful, erotic read. This one tempts the taste buds and gets the flavor flowing! Jade James teases the reader as she delivers a book that is well worth the look! After picking it up, putting it down was not an option as I had to find out what happens between Lacey and Dante.

Enthusiastically, I read on, reading the entire story in one sitting! Suspense, romance and men in uniforms all made this reader want to start looking for more of Jade James’ books. The prose flowed smoothly, and the pages seemed to almost turn themselves. I was into this book so much that I only had one wish when it was over - I wanted it to be longer, as it was that good!
