Haunted Hearts by Linn Randommakes you look at ghosts in a different way as she entices you into the world of the supernatural, taking all your expectations and filling them, leaving you desiring more, more of Linn Random’sbooks. Speaking from the experience of having read Linn Random’sbooks all are definite recommend reads as she has made this reader and reviewer a big fan of hers. This one falls into that category of feed the Halloween need and read!

A Love for All Time by Lynne Connolly is a book worth a look!

Cassandra, Lady Rustead is married to a drunken, weak man, Edward Vernon Heatherington, the Lord Rustead, but she has lost of her feelings for him. Into play comes the wicked, evil cousin William! He will not stop at anything to destroy and ruin both Edward. Cassandra invents a fake pregnancy but becomes pregnant for real by the ghost of an ancestor of Edward’s. Vernon Edward Heatherington, Lord Chitern, a cavalier man who has one day a year to be visible! He has chosen to spend it with the woman he has fallen in love with, Cassandra.

Although Cassandra falls in love and is pregnant by Vernon, he again becomes a ghost with only a voice in her head! Edward decides to become a soldier to get back the money he has squandered. Will he come back?

I was so enticed and delighted with the story that I was glued to the pages, afraid to miss a tiny iota of it. While it took place back when there were the aristocrats and Napoleon, the love story shines through the darkest and saddest moments.

Savage Love by Audrey Godwin tells a tale of star-crossed lovers.

Jessabelle and Juba have a strange love story that made me reread the book numerous times to see if I was missing something along the way. A dark tale that encompasses the woods surrounding their town that are considered haunted and full of evil beings, this story entertains you with tidbits of romance here and there. Savage Love was not to my taste of romance, but that is not to say it was a bad book, just that I could not fully appreciate what the author was trying to project to me. While she is a good author, this book left me feeling a tinge bit confused!

All the stories were well written, yet in Audrey Godwin’s book Savage Love I did not understand why the author dealt with the story in that way. This is a dark satire that left me wanting more. While well written, I felt like the book was missing something but could not put my finger on it. Maybe you can when you read the book. I have read other books by this author that I enjoyed more! She is a talented author whose prose can hold you spellbound and enticed. I for one usually enjoy her books immensely but this story left me hanging and wanting more.

If it weren’t for certain parts of the book it would have gotten a recommend read. I was enticed by all the great scenes that were in each of the three stories in Boo!; the talented authors made this book well worth the look! Having three gifted authors like Linn Random, Lynne Connolly and Audrey Godwin in one book what a treat!
