Lori has had it with Jonathan. She is tired of waiting for him to come to his senses and trust that their love for each other will see them through anything or anyone that may try to come between them. She is tired of trying to convince Jonathan that they belong together. When will he come to his senses and accept that he doesn’t have to go it alone, that she will fight by his side and love him until the end of time?

Jonathan begins to realize that the woman who he sees as an innocent and who he thinks needs his protection is becoming a warrior in her own right. Will these two be able to revel in the love that they both deserve and live happily ever after? With the help of some recognizable secondary characters from the previous books in the Hunter series, our hero comes to realize that fate has a plan for us and when fate has her mind set, there is no use fighting it.

In Book 4 of the Hunter series, Shiloh Walker doesn’t disappoint her fans. The Hunters: Jonathan and Lori is a hot, passionate tale and as full of love as previous books in this series. Ms. Walker writes sex scenes that will singe the skin off of your fingertips. I love a tortured hero and Lori is just the woman to calm the beast that resides within Jonathan. Lori is one lucky woman, for she is the lucky recipient of Jonathan’s unleashed passion. I am a big of Ms. Walker’s books and The Hunters: Jonathan and Lori kept me thoroughly engrossed. Although this book is part of an ongoing series, it is a stand alone book. Ms. Walker’s writing skills and imagination just keep getting better and better with each new book she releases. If you want some really wonderful adventures in reading, filled with vampires and werewolves (OH MY!), then treat yourself to Shiloh Walker’s Hunter series.
