Crystal Moon

Sianna DiSanti has returned home after being sequestered away for 18 years with the Sisters of Light. DiSanti, her father has dynastic plans in mind for her as he plans to wed her to a prince. Kyne Cathor wants revenge against DiSanti, who murdered his brother. Sianna is mistakenly kidnapped and her abductors believe Sianna is her half-sister, Liala. Kyne wants to use Liala to draw out DiSanti. Liala and Kyne’s brother Aubin were lovers and Liala is believed to be pregnant with their child. Sianna tries to protest her innocence but it falls on deaf ears.

Sianna is a woman thrown into a situation not of her making. She is joyful to be reunited with her family again but does not know the evil her father is evoking. She finds herself falling for Kyne but fears for her sister’s life if the truth comes out. She is an innocent, caring and loving woman. Sianna willingly puts herself in danger for those she loves. Kyne is a leader whose loyalties to his family and people is unquestioned. Kyne is torn by what he feels for Sianna. She isn't what he expected for a daughter of DiSanti. Their sexual attraction is strong but Sianna and Kyne’s relationship is fraught with troubles. It will take a tremendous amount of love, trust and understanding to see them through.

Elysa Hendricks has written an enchanting tale with a hero and heroine that will win your heart. Their characters are well drawn and the reader can feel the different emotions rippling through them. The story moves at an even pace and will have you turning the page until the very end. Crystal Moon is the first book in this series. Having read all three books in this series, this reader has enjoyed them all.
