Colin Fenton patience was wearing thin with Maude Henshaw. Maude is the director of a local theatrical group but she acts as if she is on Broadway. Everything has to be perfect for Maude. Colin may not necessarily like her but that does not keep him from wanting her. Maude has been the star of many steamy dreams and fantasies. And Colin intends to act out each dream and fantasy with her. Having been unlucky in love, Colin plans on not losing out this time.

Maude Henshaw is finally getting her chance to direct. It may only be a local theatrical group, but she wants to do a good job. Colin Fenton is causing more problems than he is solving. Maude does not ask for much, so she dislikes his constant comments about her job. She also dislikes the reaction her body has whenever Colin is near. After hearing about Colin’s bad luck with women, Maude is reluctant to be involved with him. But her head and heart, do not agree.

This story is the perfect mix of intense sex and humor. Sahara Kelly does not disappoint. The animosity that erupts between Colin and Maude is a great cover for their fierce attraction. They just ooze sexual frustration when they are together. The secondary characters bring out the humor in the story. They seem to create chaos that ends in merriment. I could not put this book down.
