A Wolf’s Tale

Mitch is undercover to protect the granddaughter of a society matron. Although he believes that her life is not really in danger, he agrees to come due to his own need to be on the estate. He has a mere couple of weeks to find and locate the hidden key to the Lupine Treasures or he will meet his end. Using this opportunity to his advantage, he will spend half his time watching Gina and the other half searching to save himself. Mitch had no idea that it would be so difficult to devote only half of his time to Gina.

Gina has to help her grandmother keep the family estate. Having to endure another meeting with the sneaky Harold Baker is the last thing she wants to do. Running in at the last minute, Gina lands in the arms of a stranger. Instantly mesmerized by him, she finds it difficult to keep her distance from him even though she has no idea who he is or what he wants.

Mitch pretends to stay close to protect her. Gina lets him stay around in order to keep tabs on him. Neither of them wants the attraction between them to show, unfortunately, it is too late to hide. The physical chemistry is too strong to ignore and they finds themselves drawn to each other. On top of the physical connection, Mitch soon learns that Gina’s life is truly in danger. Can he protect her and find his hidden treasure in enough time? Will Gina learn who and what Mitch really is?

Honey Jans has created an erotic story between two characters that have no idea what they have gotten themselves into. Mitch is a strong alpha male nearing the end of his reign unless he can find what he needs. He has no idea what it is that he is looking for and is running out of time. Gina is a stubborn and passionate woman that has missed being loved, but has no time for it. She is determined to fight to keep the estate for her and her grandmother in the midst on one accident after another. Will Mitch and Gina both have what they need in the end?

A Wolf’s Tale instantly drew me into its action-filled plot and captured my interest for the rest of the story. I had to read it in one setting to see how it turned out. The character of Mitch is very refreshing and rewarding. He has a personality any woman would relish the opportunity to love. The sizzling chemistry between Mitch and Gina is mind blowing and erotic. Their scenes are ripe with humor, tension, and a sensuality that combine to ensure the reader is hooked, Ms. Jans knows how to deliver erotic romance. Honey Jans has done a superb job earning 5 Angels!
