Once Again

What would a person do over again if given the opportunity? This is a question people think about but hardly imagine it will come true. So, what will happen when one man is given just that chance?

It is a stormy night and not just from the weather. Nick’s life as he knows it has forever been changed today. He has received his final divorce papers. Little did Nick know that this is just the beginning of changes for him. With the tragedy of a plane crash, Nick is given one week to get his life back. Unfortunately, this means that he must get his beloved ex-wife, Lindsey, to fall in love with him. There is a catch though; she will not remember who he is and he will remember everything about the past five years with her. Can he get her to fall in love once again?

Trista Ann Michaels has created a wonderful short story that offers readers a funny romance between two people that are supposed to be strangers. Nick’s passion for Lindsey is tender and thoughtful when it needs to be and aggressive when it should be. Lindsey is a woman who writes erotic love stories but has never experienced that passion herself. When she finds herself at the hands of Nick, she is overwhelmed with emotions. Her responses might cause some readers to blush. The physical connection between the two of them is sizzling. Will Nick get his true love Lindsey back? Has he learned the lesson of cherishing what you have? Will Lindsey live out the pages of her best stories?

This book is a quick read, but well worth it. The first chapter is written very well, bonding me with the character of Nick immediately. The rest of the story left me breathless as Nick fights for what he feels is his and what his heart desperately wants. Once Again provides readers with enough humor to keep you laughing along with the kind of romance you only dream about. Trista Ann Michaels has done a great job at earning herself 5 Angels!
