Ware Wishes

The premise behind Ware Wishes is unusual and imaginative. I enjoyed the paranormal aspects that Melissa Glisan combined. The concept that Jennifer is both banshee and Korrigan was unique. The ability to love and hate runs through everyone, but the concept that Jennifer’s ability is so strong, passionate, and deadly is quite intense. The meaning behind Rayn’s name is a nice little twist and the realization of what his name has in common with him is sure to throw readers another turn along the way. The interaction between Rayn and Jennifer was enjoyable to experience. The tender moments Ryan and Jennifer share in their love for each other is tender and heartfelt even in the midst of turmoil. Ware Wishes presents readers with an involved plot. There are times when the main story was lost in the additional action and turmoil the secondary characters bring to Rayn and Jennifer’s lives. However, readers who remain diligent will find that the relationship between them is still worth reading. Ware Wishes appears to be the first in a series and perhaps the questions left unanswered at the end will be answered as Melissa Glisan continues to develop this story. Melissa Glisan has created a story with many twists and turns along the way. This story offers readers the suspenseful world of characters with hidden agendas. Ware Wishes has earned 3 Angels!
