Daughter of the Shadows: Tasherytakhet

Tasherytakhet is a Priestess and Guardian of Bast. She was called when she was very young and has always served her goddess well. When she feels drawn to walk at night, she knows that it is Bast’s will. When she meets Lord Sennefer, a dark priest of Set, she tries to deny her goddess’ will and her body’s reaction. But who are mortals to questions the will of the gods?

I was intrigued by the descriptions of Ancient Egypt and titillated by the descriptions of Sennefer and Tashery. This was a 26 page book of extreme sensuousness. Ms. Bradley crammed these pages with heat, and did it well. My only complaint was that it was so short. I would be very interested in reading more about these two characters. Daughter of the Shadows: Tasherytakhet is the first book that I have read by Tabitha Bradley. This will be an author that I will look for when buying more books.
