The Angelini: Syndelle’s Possession

Syndelle has been brought to Las Vegas to be offered to a werewolf pack and to find her mate to continue the Angelini line. Sensing an unknown human’s pain, Syndelle ventures out of her protective confines to help the young prostitute who was brutally attacked. Wanting to quickly return before being discovered missing, Syndelle seeks out the prostitute’s employer at his club and informs him of the attack. At the club she meets Rafael Fiero and discovers that he is one of her mates. Rafael is a vampire’s companion to Brann O’Ciardha, who happens to be Syndelle’s second mate. Both Rafael and Brann must protect Syndelle before others find out what she really is.

Syndelle’s Possession is the second installment of The Angelini series. Although it can stand alone, my curiosity led me to purchase the first in the series Skye’s Trail. Syndelle’s Possession is a suspenseful, erotically charged, paranormal romance. Syndelle has been over-protected by her family due to the abduction to her sister and for what she really is. Rafael has been a male prostitute, tricked into becoming a vampire’s companion to Brann, who is a sorcerer and an executioner. The chemistry between the three of them is beyond orgasmic. Brann’s relationship with Rafael has been distant and slow to progress until Syndelle came into the picture. Brann may be powerful but Syndelle is his equal and disobeys him whenever she can. Syndelle is not ashamed of Rafael even though he doesn’t think he’s worthy of her love. A memorable ménage for the level of eroticism and emotions…Wow! All the characters in the story, no matter how big or small their parts are, interconnect to provide for an entertaining plot. Skye and her two mates also assist in unraveling the mystery which led me to purchase her story. A definite keeper for all vampire/paranormal fanatics like me! I definitely can’t wait for the next installment. Thanks Ms. Strong!
